The Air Navigation Administration (Luxembourg’s air navigation service provider - ANA) applies the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/317 of 11th February 2019 laying down a performance and charging scheme in the Single European Sky and repealing Implementing Regulations (EU) No 390/2013 and (EU) No 391/2013.
All landings are exempt from terminal fees; only the departure of aircraft is subject to a terminal charge. The following fees are due:
- Charges for terminal services TNC (Air Navigation Administration)
For the calculation of terminal navigation fees, the unit rate was established at € 223,97.
The compensation factor is 0,7923.

▪️ The invoices published in 2023, relating to flights in 2022, will be calculated on the basis of the TNC Unit Price for 2022 (€ 216,76).
▪️ From January 29, 2021, the flat rate (€ 6.10) for flights ≤2t MTOW is no longer applicable. They will now be billed using the TNC formula like all other flights.
